Personal Training | Boxing Bootcamp

Fit N Focused was launched in 2006 in Geelong. Since then, the business has flourished, and is now one of the fastest growing Personal Training businesses in the region. Fit N Focused opened up its own unique studio in February 2008 and has just recently moved to a new 500 square metre location in Breakwater. Fit N Focused also runs a unique Boxing Bootcamp that has attracted over 600 participants since its first Bootcamp in 2009.

Matt holds a Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instruction), a Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training) and is an accredited Boxing Instructor, having completed his Level 1 boxing qualification through Boxing Australia. Jace Kelly

Jace started with Fit N Focused in September 2009 after a very successful personal training career in Cairns. Jace is an extremely well qualified trainer with a real passion for helping others. He holds a bachelor of sports and exercise science and will be finishing his masters in exercise rehabilitation in December this year. He has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and has had some great success stories while training in Cairns at gyms such as Genesis, Pro Balance and the Beach House. Erin Littlewood began working for Fit N Focused in 2009. Mitch Waters

Mitch Waters began with Fit N Focused in October 2009. Mitch has completed Certificate III (Gym Instructor) and IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer) as well as a Diploma of Fitness. He brings to the team over three years experience in the industry and has worked with both adults and children during his time as a personal trainer. Mitch has also done group exercise and is a qualified boxing instructor. Mitch enjoys keeping fit himself with running and boxing a large component of his exercise regime. Mitch is a highly skilled and dedicated trainer who strives to get the best out of his clients with fun and goal orientated training programs.
