"I started training with Matt two months ago because I was looking to lose weight but didn't like going to a gym. Its been a very positive experience for me. Matt's very encouraging, very motivating and he sets a pace I can cope with, then moves you up levels as you improve. He keeps it interesting and challenging but not in an intimidating 'drill sargeant' manner. Matt's helped me to set reasonable goals and achieve them. My fitness level has improved beyond what I thought I was capable of and I am setting up a routine that will only continue to improve this.
