What You Can Expect From Fit N Focused Boxing Bootcamp

1. Four Weeks Of Fun: One of the main reasons people struggle with their fitness and weight loss program is because they're not having fun! The Boxing Bootcamp is LOTS OF FUN! Sure, you're going to work hard and get a sweat up but we make sure you have FUN along the way, which is exactly why you'll keep coming back for more! We incorporate challenging but FUN exercise drills that leave you feeling great about yourself and your training environment!
2. Non Threatening & Supportive Environment: Our trainers understand that everyone is at different fitness levels. All we ask of each and every one of you is that you do your very best in each session. Our trainers will motivate you to achieve your best and you will be encouraged by your peers in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
3. Motivation: Our trainers will educate, support and motivate you to reach your full potential during your 12 training sessions with Fit N Focused. Our trainers are all Certified Personal Trainers with years of experience and a great track record of success. We know how to get you going fast and keep you going but we also understand how to hold you back so you can see out the session. Our trainers provide accountability, inspiration and expert guidance so you can transform your body and your life!

5. Affordability: The Fit N Focused Boxing Bootcamp is an incrediable $129 for four weeks! That works out to $10.75 a session making it very affordable. To add to this we provide you with your own pair of handwraps and a Fit N Focused Boxing t-shirt. It's our gift to you for being apart of our camp. We also have Fit N Focused boxing gloves discounted for Bootcamp members. We run two Bootcamps so everyone has a chance of attending. The first is Tuesday, Thursday (6 & 7pm) and Saturday at 8am and 9am. The second is during the day at 10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
6. Program Design: Each and every program over the four weeks is created for YOU! Based on what you need we design the boxing program accordingly. Our programs are structured but with plenty of variety so your body and mind stay stimulated! WHY BOXING?
Boxing training is very beneficial for both men and women of all ages.
Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and an-aerobically fitter. It is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.
Calorie expenditure and fat burning are very elevated during boxing as it is such a high intensity workout utilizing large muscle groups and constantly keeps you moving. Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk as much as tone and define muscle because it involves such high repetitions.
Boxing is a workout that can accommodate for all levels of strength and fitness and can be enjoyed by beginner to advanced participants. Drills can easily be modified to increase or decrease intensity and complexity of the workout.
As well as a complete physical workout, boxing stimulates the mind. With a gym fully equipped with a boxing ring, bags, speedballs etc come and see for yourself just how much fun boxing can be!
